Butterscotch Chip Cookie Recipe

My husband had been begging me for days to make these cookies and I finally gave in. These are the chewiest, sweetest cookies I've ever had and my husband and little one LOVE them! I doubled this recipe in case we had company so we had enough to share but needless to say, we ended up eating them all ourselves! Haha

Ingredients:

1 cup flour (I used GF)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Sugar
½ tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs softened butter
1 egg
1 cup butterscotch chip

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until everything is blended evenly.
3. Use a tablespoon to drop cookies on a greased (or tinfoil wrapped) cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Remove cookies from oven and let sit on cookie sheet a few minutes before placing cookies on cookie rack.

**These tasted better the next day than they did right out of the oven and they are really, really addicting. **
