Nerd Block is a monthly mystery subscription box full of "themed nerd gear" and as if that isn't awesome enough, they now have Nerd Block Jr. for the little nerd in your life! Nerd Block boxes contain licensed merchandise, hand-picked by their team of uber-nerds representing all genres from movies, television, video games, internet, and more. Each item is carefully selected and put through a series of in-house testing based on quality, brand association, "collectability" (what a nerdy word. lol), and most important – fun factor. Working with some of the biggest brands in the business, Nerd Block not only delivers on value but also rewards members with exclusive items found nowhere else!

What came in our November Nerd Block Jr Girl Box:
- Puzzle Erasers
- My Little Pony Trading Cards
- The World's Cutest Dog: Boo Stuffed Animal
-Slap Bracelet Watch
- Penguins Comic Book

Z is a little too young for this subscription service (its for ages 6-11) but it is perfect for my step-daughter Anna so we chose the girl Nerd Block Jr. box. Anna is going to turn 10 in January and I know she would absolutely love to have a box of nerdy surprises come for her in the mail every month.

We were pretty excited to open this cute purple box when it came in the mail. Z saw me open the box and the first thing she saw was the Boo stuffed animal. She instantly fell in love with it and ran off with it (I actually had to wait til she moved onto something else before I could even get a picture of it in the box). I think my favorite thing in the box is the slap bracelet watch. I remember slap bracelets from my childhood so it's really cool to see it included. I packed it away in with Anna's Christmas Pajamas box, I thought it would make an extra nice bonus to go along with her pajamas this year. Its a really great quality slap watch and I kind of want one for myself! My husband's nerd side was completely obvious when he saw the Puzzle Erasers. They were his favorite (and of course the geekiest) thing in the box. I had to stop him from opening it up before I could get a picture of everything in the box! What a nerd. ;)

Boo has helped us with all of our holiday activities! lol
Overall. at only $13.99 a month, Nerd Block Jr. is one of the cheapest subscription services for kids I have seen and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products we received. I think it would definitely be worth the price to get a subscription and I've been thinking that I may buy my 6 year old nephew a subscription for Christmas because he loves embracing his inner-nerd side!
