My two year old actually loves the Karmick Eye Pillow too! On nights that she is all wound up and wont sleep, I let her put it in the microwave and after 30 seconds, she takes it out and cuddles with it as she falls asleep. I absolutely love the benefits she gets from the lavender scent-- it calms her down and even helps her sleep better! I use an eye mask pillow currently, esp when I have migraines, which seems like all the time. My current one doesn't have the hot/cold like this though and that would be super nice to have when I have migraines.....ESP the cold.... Thanks for the Chance to win
